"A Day in a Life"
As a FP&A Manager you will have a critical role in providing financial analysis and reporting, supporting current operations as well as strategic initiatives. You will take complexity and bring order to the data and decision-making. You will lead and drive to do great things while being part of a great environment where your individual contributions truly make a difference. You will seek to understand the factors driving our growth and help our entire organization achieve its operational and financial goals. You will work closely with our business units to ensure they have the resources, insights, and data they need to achieve their goals. You will also have responsibility for coordinating the financial planning process as well as maintaining and improving related financial models and processes. You will become an expert on the metrics on the business and will be a key resource for extracting data from our systems to support financial and operational reporting and analysis. This position provides a unique opportunity to learn and interact with multiple areas of the business while providing critical financial analysis and support. In addition to these responsibilities, you may also manage and develop direct reports, overseeing their deliverables and supporting their personal and career development to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the finance function.
“What You’ll Do”
- Lead the financial planning process for designated business units and corporate
- Partner with business units in developing their budgets and forecasts and understanding the profitability of their division
- Partner with business units to identify financial data and metrics to best support the strategic goals of the business
- Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business unit’s requirements
- Create, analyze, and report key metrics on business units
- Independently lead ad hoc requests and be a resource for strategic initiatives across the business units
- Develop and maintain presentations for the Board of Directors, executive leadership and Investor Relations
- Present results of analysis and make recommendations to management
“Must Haves”
- Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, ad hoc reporting, variance analysis, business leadership support
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related area
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and analysis methods (IRR, ROIC)
- Proven experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information for business units and executive leadership
- Strategic thinking, with extraordinary detail-orientation and ability to dive into the details to solve business issues
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information in an easy to understand format
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency using Excel to facilitate budgetary, programmatic and financial analysis

- Experience with PBCS (Hyperion) strongly preferred
- Public accounting experience
