"A Day in the Life"
Mobile Modular Portable Storage, a well-established company specializing in container rentals and sales, is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for interfacing with and providing a high level of service to both internal and external customers, completing and processing transactions, as well as performing a variety of administrative and other tasks in support of the business.
“What You’ll Do”
- Provide Customer Service to internal and external customers
- Support multiple locations
- Assist with inventory documentation
- Direct support of sales, dispatch and drivers
- Negotiation with vendors and customers
- Process management and problem resolution
- Written communication with customers and vendors
- Edit and review customer contracts for changes needed
- Process customer payments as needed
- Creating purchase orders
- General administrative responsibilities
- Reception duties such as answering phones when in office
- Other duties as required
“Must Haves”
- 2 plus years’ experience working in a professional business environment
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask while working with internal/external customers and vendors
- Customer service experience, utilizing strong inter-personal skills
- Experience managing multiple and high-level priorities simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize work assignments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Preference for working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, professional demeanor
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

- High school diploma or G.E.D.
