Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities (Subject to Change)
1. Process and compliance check agent files
2. Organize and streamline office flow
3. Assist the Broker/Manager as needed
4. Assist associates including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Educate on where to find forms
- Track associate supplies, signs, etc. bought from office stock
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Answer the phone in a professional manner
- Check agent files for compliance
- Monitor MLS
- Assist with office/company activities as needed

Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: $14.00 - 15.00 per hour

- 5 hour shift, can be negotiated

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
Work Location:
- In person
- Light travel to other offices within Benton County as needed
Salary : $14 - $15
