Job Purpose :
This position provides clerical and administrative support to the HSA & ACA departments.

Responsibilities and Duties :
Responds to emails, calls and fax inquires from clients, participants, and brokers regarding HSA accounts and ACA services;Assists in resolving issues for clients or participants, and investigates discrepancies and provides a timely resolution. This may include performing research on issues that are complex in nature;Receives and posts HSA contribution payments;Prints and mails all HSA and ACA notifications and letters including 1095C / 1094C and 1095B and 1094B forms;Assists the HSA and ACA Account Manager with the open enrollment process and annual audit of client data / records;Compiles, sorts and verifies documents from clients;Verifies the accuracy of data after entry / import;Assists with special projects and tasks as requested by the HSA and ACA Account Manager;Supports MAI's goal to maintain a 100% client retention rate;Any other assigned tasks assigned by a Manager.Companywide Goals :

Qualifications :
Education - Some college or equivalent experience;Knowledge of HSA and ACA is beneficial but not required;Attention to detail;Strong math aptitude;Strong time management skills;Ability to multi-task;Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;Ability to assess and make effective judgments on complex issues related to HSA and ACA;Relationship builder;Effective communication skills.Employee Benefits :
