- Supervise and coordinate nursing operations on the units
- Develop and mentor the clinical and supervisory skills of Charge Nurses
- Collaborate with the staffing coordinator to optimize scheduling
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Preferred experience in long-term care environment
- Valid nursing license
- CPR certification
- IV certified, PCC knowledge a plus
