Assistant Manager Position
Duties Include:
Ordering Animal Health/Tack/Hardware/Lawn & Garden Items
Supports the manager by overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and assisting with managerial tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
- Supervision and Staff Management:
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring they follow company policies and procedures.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling.
- Operational Support:
- Assist with daily operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
