Upon completion of the class, you will qualify to take the state exam within 120 days to obtain your STNA certification.
What do I need for this role as an STNA Trainee at McGregor?
- Qualified candidates must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- No License/Certification required.
What will I earn as an STNA Trainee at McGregor?
- $11.00/hour while completing the training class
- $14.00/hour after training until you pass the STNA test and receive your certification
- $16.50/hour when STNA certificate is successfully obtained plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift.
What will I do as an STNA Trainee with McGregor?
- Participate in 3 weeks of training in the Earn & Learn Program beginning Monday, January 29, 2024.
- The cost of the class and first test will be covered by McGregor in return for a commitment by you for one year of employment.
- Upon completion of the class, you will qualify to take the state exam within 120 days to obtain your STNA certification.
- Upon obtaining your CNA certificate, you will begin working 30 hours or more in a position with us.
