ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
McGuire & Company, CPAs, LLP is seeking a highly motivated individual for an entry level administrative assistant position for tax season.
- Be an excellent communicator, able to communicate effectively and directly with clients and peers.
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Possess a working knowledge of basic tools and technology, including the use of email, and the Internet; the use of Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Ability to professionally greet clients arriving to the office.
- Answer multi-line telephone system.
- Route calls to recipients or take messages as needed.
- Open and distribute incoming firm mail.
- Receive and transmit fax and email messages.
- General file set up, filing and scanning of back up documentation for accounting department.
- Scan and manage documents with online and manual filing systems.
- Ability to follow firm policies and procedures with regard to the processing and administration of all tax filings that the firm prepares.
- Assist and support all other staff when needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
