Our client, a premier law firm, is seeking a skilled associate with 2 to 5 years of experience in fund formation and asset management to join its New York office . This role offers the opportunity to work with private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds .
Key Responsibilities :
- Advising on fund structuring, asset manager compensation , and other considerations within asset management.
- Collaborating with teams handling private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and private equity funds .
- Experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) is a plus but not required.
