Assistant Director of ICF/ID Residential Services

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, Human Services or
Related Field
A minimum of 3 years direct experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities with at least
3 years as a QIDP or Program Specialist.
Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience.
Scope of Duties:
Assist the Director of ICF/ID Residential Programs to ensure quality service delivery for all
families and individuals served in McGuire Memorial ICF/ID Programs. To provide day to day
leadership and supervision for professional and direct support professionals working in the
ICF/ID. Ensure and maintain compliance to with the Department of Health 6600 regulations and
all pertinent state/county regulations & requirements.
Assist the Director of ICF/ID Residential Programs to maintain day to day operational
responsibilities of the McGuire Memorial ICF/ID Program to include but not limited to the
monitoring of budget; hiring; staff supervision; regulatory compliance with all applicable
governing entities; day to day program requirements; and overall resident health & well-being.
Aide in the development of policy and program design under the direction of the Director of the
ICF/ID and the V.P. of Strategic Initiatives.
Requirements:
Ability to pass physical and drug screening
Department of Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance
Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check
FBI Federal Criminal History Record (fingerprinting)
TB testing
