We are looking for a Programming and Production Manager with strong technical expertise, including programming knowledge, production processes, and relevant tools. The ideal candidate has excellent project management skills and strong leadership and communication abilities to effectively coordinate teams and drive projects forward. Additionally, they should possess strategic thinking to align production with business goals, ensure scalability, and manage risks efficiently.

What you'll do :
Oversee working calendar of culture & event programming for all MML properties including all Texas, Colorado, Louisiana, and California locations
Assists in curating, booking, contract negotiation, and show advancing of all live performances, DJ sets, and culture event programming at all MML properties
Oversees all artist coordination : hospitality & equip, transportation & lodging, all day-of communication
Works closely with VP of Creative Operations to curate and update specific MML property playlists on a regularly organized schedule of deliveries including detailed concept / update overviews
Liaison between property teams and Commonspace Technologies to maintain logs of current AV issues, upgrades, and replacements.

Salary Range : $75,000.00
