Housekeeping Supervisor
Shift : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM with occasional weekends
Job Description :
As a Housekeeping Supervisor , you will lead a team of housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. Your role includes supervising staff, performing quality checks, managing cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
- Conduct daily inspections of facility areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Ensure proper use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs.
- Enforce infection control and safety protocols.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.
