The Downtown - Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Financial Services and Securities Enforcement Department; to assist with all aspects of litigation and a focus on financial services clients.

Salary : $250,000 - $345,000
Job Requirements :
- Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant general litigation experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Court experience and candidates who have served as judicial law clerks would be considered a plus.
- Please submit cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
- California Bar is required.
