Responsibilities :
Apply paint using brushes and rollers as needed; spray painting experience is a plus.
Properly prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, and masking.
Work from ladders, platforms, and scaffolds as required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment throughout the duration of each project.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Qualifications :
Minimum of five (5) years of painting experience is required.
At least three (3) years of residential painting experience in kitchen and bathroom remodels is required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
Must own basic hand tools; the company will provide major equipment.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM (no exceptions).
Ability to lift and move 5-gallon buckets, ladders, and other painting equipment.
Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat.
Willingness to follow company policies, safety standards, and on-site Foreman instructions.
