- Execute all general HVAC in-home service calls efficiently.
- Cultivate customer relationships to recommend the most suitable products and services.
- Pose relevant lifestyle questions to diagnose heating and cooling system issues.
- Provide guidance to customers in selecting optimal finance options and maintenance plans.
- Educate customers on replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems.
- Adhere to service criteria and strive to surpass revenue goals.
- Project professionalism and expertise to secure new referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall business success.
- Maintain a tidy, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.

- Mentor apprentices to ensure swift, accurate repairs and installations.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Licensed with comprehensive knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
- EPA Universal License.
- Established track record in heating and cooling systems, including proficiency in drawing simple diagrams and reading blueprints.
- Maintain a clean, safe driving record.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exhibit high integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to forge strong connections.
