Description
This role is integral to patients receiving timely, well-coordinated care from our behavioral health team. As our team of therapists grows and our patient volumes increase, additional support is needed to enhance efficiency and ensure each patient's needs are being met. This position is essential for the seamless coordination of referrals, linkage to patients for scheduling and paperwork, and supporting tele-health visits.
This is a part-time, 20 hr. a week position.
Requirements
· AA/AS degree in a related area
· One or more years’ experience within a healthcare setting
· Administrative experience in a professional environment
Salary : $21 - $26
