PSR Manager

MCHC Health Center is seeking for a dependable, flexible, and solution-oriented PSR Manager to help achieve our goal of providing compassionate, top-quality healthcare. In this role, you'll guide and inspire the PSR team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations. You'll be responsible for standardizing processes, training staff, and ensuring adherence to our center's policies. Your tasks will include overseeing staff performance, ensuring billing precision, and delivering outstanding service to every patient and visitor. You'll work closely with Site Managers at Little Lake and Lakeview and directly supervise PSRs at our Hillside and Dora Street Health Centers, creating a collaborative, upbeat work environment. Benefits Offered:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two-year college degree and/or four to five years’ experience in a commensurate position in a professional environment or equivalent experience and/or education.
• At least 2 year’s in a leadership capacity within healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
