Role Overview: As our System Administrator (SysAdmin), you will play a crucial role in managing and safeguarding our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in setting up and maintaining network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Provide troubleshooting support for network connectivity issues.
- Monitor network performance and report issues to senior IT staff.
- Help manage user accounts, permissions, and network access.
- Assist with routine maintenance of network security systems, including firewalls and VPNs.
- Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Stay updated on networking trends and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and troubleshoot network-rated problems.
- Help ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare-related regulations regarding network security and data privacy.
Benefits:

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL)
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, LDAP).
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5 years (Advanced infrastructure management, automation, security)
- Certifications (CompTIA Security , Linux , Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, RHCSA, etc.)
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, AWS and Azure
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Bash and Python
- Firewalls, patch management, antivirus solutions, basic security policies
- Knowledge of backup strategies and tools like Veeam, Acronis, or Windows Backup
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
