Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components while ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor laser cutting machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Program laser cutting equipment according to specifications and production requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished products.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain high standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on laser equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating laser cutting machines or similar equipment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery and tools.
• Familiarity with programming laser cutting systems is highly desirable.
• Experience with quality inspection processes and precision measuring instruments is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety regulations consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
