Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tube Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the tube milling machines to produce high-quality parts. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, and precision measuring instruments.
Duties
- Operate tube milling machines, to fabricate components according to specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections on finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on milling machines and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Tube Mill Operator or in a similar machining role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and precision measuring instruments is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
