Job Description
The Foster Care Case Manager serves as an advocate and resource for children and families navigating the foster care system. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and case management skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for each family.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized case plans that address the unique needs of each family.
  • Provide emotional support and practical assistance to children and families, connecting them with necessary resources and services.
  • Collaborate with state agencies, courts, and community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate case progress, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, with 1-3 years' experience in a social services setting.
  • Strong understanding of child welfare principles, practices, and policies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
