Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven In-House Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our Texas Care team. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates for positions such as administrators, Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs), and other essential roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruiting, a strong understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles within Texas Care.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and position requirements.
- Manage job postings on really, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate second-round interviews with hiring managers.
- Track and maintain candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations.
- Develop relationships with local universities, career centers, and industry networks to establish a strong talent pipeline.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to measure hiring success and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (required).
- Experience: 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Understanding of employment laws and hiring compliance requirements.
- A background check and drug test will be required.
