Essential Functions:
- Perform start-up and commissioning of new commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, site surveys, and replacement modifications, tailoring solutions to customer specifications.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours service & overtime work.
- Complete work orders, warranty claims, and other administrative tasks, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to provide comprehensive solutions and support business development.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC service.
- 1-3 years of related commercial or light commercial experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical knowledge and skills, particularly related to HVAC systems & equipment.
- Safety awareness.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong knowledge of electricity and controls
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics
