About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and highly organized Director of Operations to champion our internal operations, team accountability, and business efficiency. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building structure, driving results, and leading a team with clarity and purpose.
This position is perfect for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, driving strategic initiatives, and making sure the business runs like a well-oiled machine.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Leadership & Team Management
• Lead daily team huddles and weekly leadership meetings
• Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and remove roadblocks
• Foster a culture of ownership, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving
Operational Excellence
• Manage business planning, process improvement, and internal systems
• Track and report on key metrics
• Oversee commission tracking, advisor scheduling, and task management
• Handle licensing, compliance, and continuing education requirements for the team and advisor
Business & Client Execution
• Oversee the preparation for client meetings and sales opportunities
• Manage new business processing timelines and deliverables
• Oversee case design, marketing effectiveness, and client onboarding efficiency
• Resolve client issues swiftly and professionally
HR & Compliance Oversight
• Manage hiring, onboarding, HR documentation, and performance reviews
• Track employee time off and maintain compliance documentation
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all areas of the business

What We’re Looking For:
• A strong leader who drives accountability without sacrificing culture
• Operationally-minded with obsession for detail, systems, and processes
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute at a tactical level
• Excellent communicator who creates clarity out of complexity
• Financial services or professional services operations experience preferred
• Annual satisfactory background check clearance and routine drug testing are required
Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree (required)
• 5 years of operations or project management experience (required)
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Proven experience managing a team and leading operational initiatives
• Strong knowledge of compliance, licensing, and process improvement
• Insurance licenses a plus (Life, Health)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary Range: $92,857 - $103,695/year
