McIntosh Box and Pallet is hiring for 2nd Shift Repair Associates in Benson NC!
We are looking for hard working individuals with excellent attention to detail and a mechanical aptitude to join our team as 2nd Shift Repair Associates in Benson, NC.
Shift : 3pm to 11 : 30pm Monday to Friday with overtime on weekends as needed
Pay : $16 per hour
A Repair Associate will be responsible for working with wood processing equipment to inspect and repair damaged pallets so that they can be reused.
Repair Associate's Job Responsibilities :
- Use a pneumatic nail gun to repair and / or assemble pallets.
- Repair function : place pallet on repair table, remove defective boards, replace with new boards, and nails replaced boards into place
- Assembly function : take stock boards and nails together based on type of pallet desired.
- Troubleshoot jams and equipment problems
- Perform basic maintenance of the saw
- Operate nail gun in a safe manner
- Keep production areas clean and organized
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
