Inventory Analyst (Hourly – Non Exempt, Binghamton NY)

Working as a Inventory Analyst at McIntosh Labs is EPICC! Together we exist to amplify life’s memorable moments – as one team! You will be part of the dynamic team that contributes and builds the fueling of the Great American Powerhouse! You will be part of Production Operations team that ensures the inventory of raw material and finished product is ready to rock and roll to our customers around the world.
What You’ll Do:
· Facilitate the monthly production planning and forecasting meeting.
· Interprets the Sales Forecast into the MRP system as a first step in driving material purchases and production order scheduling.
· Update plans as needed. Assess back orders and manage the finished goods conversion orders for country specific requirements.
· Monitor purchased FG inventory within the guidelines of inventory strategies, safety stock, min-max, and forecast.
· Provide regular updates on back orders and forecasts.
· Maintains records of FG inventories for Sales and cost accounting.
· Analyze and update standard costing for finished goods, first during the New Product Introduction process and periodically across all products.
· Being on time for scheduled shift.

What You’ll Need:
· Two Year associate’s degree or at least five years’ experience in planning and MRP systems.
· High Attention to detail
· The ability to work as part of a cross functional team that includes Sales, Production, Purchasing and Warehouse staff.
· Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
· Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
· Walking moderate distances through Production spaces and the warehouse.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.
Salary Range: $21.64 to $25.00**
