Production Associate (FT, Non Exempt, Binghamton NY)

Working as a Production Associate at McIntosh Labs, is EPICC! Together we exist to amplify life’s memorable moments – together as one team! You will be part of the dynamic team that contributes and builds the fueling of the Great American Powerhouse! You will be involved with Assembly, Winding Transformers, Silk Screen Printing, or Sub Assembly of the industry best consumer audio equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Using hand tools such as pliers and screwdrivers.
- Using pneumatic and electric tools for installing screws and nuts.
- Performing visual inspection of all parts that pass through the workstation.
- Reading work instructions for the proper sequence of operations.
- Handling and assembling small, medium and large parts.
- Reading drawings and diagrams for connecting cables and wire harnesses
- Be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Attendance
- Be prompt and on-time for scheduled shift.
What You’ll Need:
- Be able to work overtime as required.
- Ability to stand, sit, or move around for a long period/shift.
- Being prompt and on time for scheduled shift.
- COVID-19 Vaccination required.
- 1-3 Years of prior manufacturing experience not required, but preferred.
- Salary: $15-$17*
*Hiring rates may be dependent on a number of factors, including years of directly related work experience, education, geographic location or special skills.
