What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Technician position at McIntosh Trail CSB?
Description: Combined Security Guard and Healthcare Service Tech- 12 Hour Shifts-Night Shift and Day Shift
Monitor the individuals on the unit, Aid the RN/LPN as needed, perform group skills. Conduct 15-minute rounds, ability to document in detail, make safety searches, Monitor the facility inside and out (checking doors, windows, grounds, etc.), ability to communicate and pass information between shifts, work when scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED
NOTE: McIntosh Trail Community Service Board conducts background checks on all final candidates. Hiring of applicants is contingent upon satisfactory results of:
Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
Database
Drug Screen
Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
TB testing will be required upon appointment. If you have previously tested positive for TB, you will be required to bring a copy of your chest x-ray on your first day of orientation.
