Cleaning and sanitizing: Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring they are properly sanitized

Operating dishwashing machines: Loading and unloading dishwashing machines, and changing loads as needed

Maintaining the kitchen: Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and free of trash

Storing items: Putting clean dishes, utensils, and equipment away in designated storage areas

Helping with food preparation: Assisting with food preparation, handling food deliveries, and assembling food for customers
Sanitizing other areas: Sanitizing areas beyond the kitchen, such as bathrooms and the restaurant lobby
Restocking supplies: Restocking supplies in the kitchen and restaurant
Following health and safety regulations: Adhering to food safety guidelines and health and safety regulations
Training: Participating in regular training to improve skills and knowledge of kitchen operations
