Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with ability to flex schedule if need be. Overtime as needed. Minimum Requirements 3 years of related experience Knowledge of DEA and CFR 49 Regulations High school diploma or equivalent Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Job Responsibilities Responsible for administrative tasks involving documents dealing with shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of products Review and research cycle count discrepancies to include but not limited to, calling customers and vendors, researching receipts, picking, receiving, and other warehouse activity Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and customers Assist DC Inventory Manager with inventory reports and projects Coordinate with Receiving Department on daily receiving issues and report findings to suppliers and freight companies Work with Quality Control and cycle counters to monitor expiration dates and resolve inventory issues Research pick errors and log in data base Prepare and process-controlled Substance 222 orders and assist with ARCOS reports Coordinate emergency orders and will calls for customers Research customer issues utilizing partnership with internal departments, couriers, and vendors Maintain visitors log and issue badges while ensuring proper security protocol is followed for all visitors Assist with maintaining DC records in Record Information Management system General office management support which can include filing, ordering supplies and processing mail and other miscellaneous duties as required Below are more specific responsibilities of this role: Daily customers buy backs Monthly continuing educations Daily Customer Service Calls DEA Analysis reports Default License report DEA daily Edits Expiring License Reports Keying Blanks daily Month End Balancing, Count release Monthly 4 Deep Preparedness Monthly ARCOS box preparedness and completion per regulatory guidance. Organization of all ARCOS related documents Vendor packing slip requests Daily problem returns Release blanks daily Return unacceptable blanks to customers as needed Responsibilities are subject to change as needed per the needs of the business.
