The Director of Strategy for Oncology and Specialty will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of our oncology and specialty business. In this challenging and highly visible role, this individual will support strategic decision making by leading projects related to market analysis, emerging industry trends, portfolio analysis, and identification of strategic needs as it relates to the pursuit of new business endeavors. This leader will work with cross-functional teams, including Oncology & Specialty business leaders, Corporate Strategy teams, and Finance to ensure comprehensive evaluation of opportunities and alignment with Oncology & Specialty’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy development : Lead the development and implementation of strategic projects that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives in the oncology and specialty.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive positioning, and understand industry trends specific to oncology and specialty.
- Business Development : Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives within the oncology and specialty sectors.
- Project Management : Manage strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, business units, and external partners.
- Financial Modeling : Develop and utilize financial models to evaluate the economic impact of strategic initiatives and support decision-making processes.
- Thought Leadership : Act as a thought leader in strategic discussions, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7 years of relevant experience.
