What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Material Handler - Night Shift position at MCK McKesson Corporation?
Responsibilities :
- Ensuring SOPs outlined in Engineered Standards to complete workflow process are followed while maintaining required standard in each function.
- Various job duties as assigned by supervisor as dictated by workflow and volume.
- Maintenance of workstation including, housekeeping, proper storage of goods and ensuring correct labels for merchandise locations
- May use power equipment including, but not limited to forklift, hand tools, and other devices operated in a warehouse environment while maintaining the highest level of productivity and accuracy.
- Working with RF Scanning equipment to maintain records of merchandise shipped, as well as examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
- Standing and engaging in repetitive movement throughout the entire shift
- Extensive walking and mandatory overtime as needed is required.
Shift Details :
Nights : Monday - Friday (Monday through Thursday 4 : 30 pm - 1 : 00 am or until work is complete. Friday 5 : 30 pm - 2 : 00 am or until shift is completed)
