Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver insights that drive financial performance and decision-making
- Collaborate with financial stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Conduct detailed financial data analysis and provide insights to support strategic financial decisions
- Optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for performance and scalability
- Train and mentor junior analysts in Power BI best practices and data visualization techniques focused on finance
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends in finance to ensure the organization leverages the best tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of BI solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data or performance issues related to Power BI reports
- Develop and maintain documentation for BI processes, reports, and dashboards
