Position Description
This role will be responsible for :
- Supporting the creation of the annual Audit Plan and execution, primarily focused on the McKesson Canada and McKesson 3PL business units
- Primary liaison with McKesson Canada and 3PL Senior Management and Business Unit leadership
- Engage in talent recruitment, management, and staff development
- Direct audit engagements with functional peers
- Direct aspects within engagement planning, including testing strategy development, execution, reporting, and issue monitoring for the audit plan
- Communicate and collaborate with peers, key business partners and executives in the development and execution of the audit plan
- Represent and actively participate in relevant councils, committees and / or governance meetings
- Lead other department initiatives and deliverables to support Internal Audit Leadership
Minimum Requirements
6 years audit (or equivalent risk function) or business-facing experience,
Critical Skills
Preferred Skills & Knowledge
Education
4-year degree in business or related fields such as computer science, management information systems, accounting, or finance or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
Physical Requirements
General Office Demands; Willingness to travel up to 10-20% of the time
