Position Description
The Sr. Director of Finance operations is responsible for directly managing multi-disciplinary teams focused on delivering the initiatives for EDP across PSaS. This role requires someone with executive presence, a passion for execution, an understanding of data, and a strategic mindset. A successful candidate will have a blend of results orientation and thought leadership to drive this incredibly important PSaS initiative. They should think strategically and possess solid abilities in conceptualizing, developing, driving, and influencing enterprise decisions to meet business needs. Strong communication abilities and strategic thought leadership are required as this role will interact with, and often have to influence, senior finance and IT leadership, including VPs and above, to drive execution.
Key Responsibilities
Setting Strategy
- Develop the long-term strategy, roadmap, and operating model for the Enterprise Data Product within PSaS
- Coordinate with Enterprise and BU IT leadership to ensure the technology that will enable the process change is delivered in a timely manner
- Effectively communicate the vision and status of the program across the entire PSaS organization
- Balance the desire / need for broad change with an understanding of the organization's capacity to handle change, creating realistic goals and implementation plans that are achievable

Minimum Requirement
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13 years of professional experience and 6 years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).
Education
Bachelor’s Degree required
Certification
MBA or CPA a plus.
PMP or other equivalent certification recommended.

Salary : 154,700.00 - 206,300.00 - 257,900.00 USD Annual (25% MIP)
