Pay / Schedule :
- 24.95 / hour $2.00 shift differential
- Sunday 6 : 00pm – 2 : 30am, Monday - Thursday 7 : 00pm – 3 : 30am
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the new hire training program for effectiveness. Program should continue to evaluate and measure productivity and quality.Works closely with management to assess training needs of both new hires and existing employees.Maintain training records and discuss training plans with employees and employee’s supervisor.Observes trainee performance and provides instruction, coaching and counseling to improve performance.Provides annual safety re-training courses in order to meet company and government compliance policies.Performs other projects as assigned.Minimum Job Qualifications :
1 year of related experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of McKesson warehouse processes, procedures, products, programs, and servicesPrior training / leadership experienceOnboarding new hire experience (videos, policies, SOP's)Knowledge of wholesale, production and / or manufacturing industryPossess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hoursGood PC skills requiredSpecialized Knowledge / Skills :
Microsoft Office applicationsAcuMax performance and management functions including QueriesEnthusiastic and positive attitudeMust have the ability to analyze a problem and develop a course of actionAbility to operate lift trucksTraining on power equipmentWorking with supervisors and leads on training needsPhysical Qualifications :
Able to perform order filling requirements if emergency existsAble to stay on feet for long period of time, 5-6 hours dailyWorking Conditions :
