McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation is actively seeking an experienced, full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). The Administrator/Superintendent will oversee all facility functions, including admissions and marketing, financial management, strategic oversight, resident care, quality assurance, physical plant maintenance, and revenue maximization. This role reports directly to the board of commissioners.
We offer a range of nursing and rehabilitation services for both short- and long-term stays. Our dedicated staff is committed to providing exceptional care to every resident.

Our facility is located in Soap Lake, WA, situated in beautiful Eastern Washington near Moses Lake, with numerous recreational activities nearby.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Oversee all residents to ensure they receive appropriate nursing and medical care.
* Manage expenses and income to maintain a favorable budget.
* Ensure timely billing and collection of accounts.
* Maintain loyalty and confidentiality to staff, residents, and the board.
* Drive census growth, marketing, and business development.
Qualifications
* Must hold a current Administrator license from the State.
* Must be well-versed in human relations and administrative management.
* Must possess basic computer skills.
* Must be able to travel occasionally, including overnight stays.
* Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, and government regulators, and work cooperatively with the board of commissioners.
* Must pass a criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.
Salary : $130,000 - $135,000
