Duties:
- Assist customers with their parts inquiries and provide product information
- Manage inventory control to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Utilize order management systems for processing orders accurately
- Collaborate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts and effective supplier management
- Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and track orders
- Conduct demand planning to anticipate stock needs and prevent shortages
- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the parts ordering process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in parts sales or automotive industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in inventory management and order processing
- Knowledge of OEM parts and auto body repair is advantageous
- Familiarity with demand planning principles is a plus
- Experience with forklift operation for handling parts is beneficial
