Join the McKeever RV family, a fast-growing, family-owned and operated RV dealership with locations in Sweetwater TN, Corbin KY, and Raleigh NC. We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Service Manager for our Raleigh NC location. As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality RVs. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary, commission, and bonus plan, along with a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow and unit inspection process
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Conduct daily service meetings with staff, daily delivery meetings, and monthly safety meetings
- Manage a team of approximately 8 staff members
- Oversee the maintenance of all company vehicles and facilities
- Handle phone calls and scheduling
- Promote a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RV Service Manager or a strong automotive service manager
- Ability to train and coach staff to exceed their goals
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Understanding of labor times and familiarity with Spader flat rates
- Strong understanding of the manufacturer's warranty process and ability to collaborate with team members for proper warranty processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of major DMS systems such as Lightspeed, IDS, System 2000, or Motility
- Problem-solving skills to address customer, technician, and staff issues
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Experience with inventory management
