Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead a crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Landscape Supervisor, you will supervise daily operations, manage crew members, and oversee various landscaping tasks including Landscape maintenance and projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians in daily tasks and projects.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including general landscape maintenance and planting trees shrubs and season flowers
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for landscape maintenance and installation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and quality work.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of plant species and proper care throughout the different seasons
- Experience in building landscapes, including hardscaping elements as needed.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
