What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Football Coach position at McKendree University?
McKendree University, Lebanon, Illinois, is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a full-time assistant coach for the men’s football program. McKendree University is a member of the NCAA and the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and coaching experience at either the high school, college, or professional level. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting student athletes to participate at the NCAA Division II level, coaching a position on the field assigned by the Head Coach, and any other responsibilities given by the Head Coach. The candidate will maintain compliance with all NCAA Division II guidelines and regulations. Travel is required.
FLSA Category: Exempt
Salary Range: $10,000.00 - $10,000.00 / Annually
Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions and department budget.
