SUMMARY:
The Fleet Sales Associate is directly responsible for assisting salesperson or sales team in selling vehicles to customers. This position provides customer service regarding products and
services, creates reports for the sales force regarding market conditions, sales results, and team earnings, and performs administrative duties for the sales team.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sales Assistants assist sales representatives in showing customers their vehicle options
- Sales Assistants commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology
- Sales Assistants test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
- Sales Assistants follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Automotive dealership experience and sales experience is preferred. Past experience should include sales and other related experience. Knowledge of MS Word, Advent and Windows is preferred.
