Job Overview

Leverage Printing, a McKenna Company, is a top provider of high-quality printed products, and we’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our team!

This role blends both inside and outside sales, offering a dynamic opportunity to connect with clients and grow our business. While a college degree and some commercial print experience are preferred, a strong drive to succeed is essential. As a printing sales representative, you’ll be responsible for selling our printing services and products to businesses and individuals.

We’re seeking someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the printing industry, and the ability to stay organized while balancing teamwork and independent work. If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, creative field, we’d love to hear from you! Base salary plus commission package.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for all printed material, signage, banners, paper products, etc
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand and communicate the technical aspects of printing equipment and services to clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as production, design, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Printing Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of printing processes and technologies.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
