McKenney Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced and dedicated Caregivers to join our team! We have local shifts and provide exceptional care to our clients within Sarasota, Nokomis, Venice, Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda!
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and run errands for clients
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to properly lift and move objects or individuals safely
- Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia or memory impairment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately in English
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid DL, Auto Insurance, Transportation
- Hands-On CPR Certification
- Hands-On CPR Certification
- Willing to complete Level 2 Background screening
