About this position:
We are seeking compassionate 75hr Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistance of all levels to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential assistance to individuals who require support with their daily activities and personal care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with medication reminders, report discrepancies
- Provide patient care, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Transferring of patients as needed using proper body mechanics
- Care for individuals with Dementia or memory impairments
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and employees
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Provide care in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or private residences
Requirements:
- Ability to properly lift and move objects or individuals safely
- Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia or memory impairment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance and Transportation
- Hands-On CPR Certification
- Level 2 Background Screening
