About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team at McKenney Home Care! We need coverage ongoing Thursday's and Friday's 7am-7pm for a female client in Sarasota near Costco. There will ample in-person training for the right LPN!
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the RN
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Document all care provided and communicate with the care team
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & Transportation
- Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
