We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our TEAM and provide care for the following shifts with 3 different Clients in Naples!

Positions Available:
We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our TEAM and provide care for the following shifts with 3 different Clients in Naples!
- Awake overnights from 7pm-7am on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's ongoing.
- Saturday's and Sunday's 1hr shift from 3:30pm-4:30pm
- Tuesday 6:30pm-10:30pm, Thursday 8:30am-10:30am AND 6:30pm-10:30pm
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the DON
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Document all care provided and communicate with the care team
- Valid LPN or RN License in the state of Florida
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & Transportation
- Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
