- Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Review and process dental records, including claims submissions and patient demographic information.
- Collaborate with the dental office team to ensure seamless patient care and billing processes.

**Experience**
- 2 years of experience in a medical office or insurance-related field, with a focus on insurance verification and billing.
