What you will do:
Provides basic nursing care to patients and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN/LPN. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/ clinic policies, procedures, and standards.
Responsibilities:

- Maintains established office/clinic policies and procedures, objectives, performance improvement program, safety, environmental and infection control standards, and protocols.
- Maintains a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with office/clinic standards.
- Provides general aspects of care that meet psychosocial or physical needs or both simultaneously, within the nursing assistant’s scope of practice.
- Meets communication needs of patients.
- Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity. Identifies and addresses psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and religious/spiritual needs of patients and family.
- Demonstrates performance reflecting the initiative and responsibility expected of a nursing assistant.
- Performs other duties as assigned, within the Nursing Assistant’s scope of practice.
- Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
Qualifications
What you will need:
- High School graduate or equivalent or in the process of obtaining.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of North Dakota
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within three (3) months of hire date.
Salary : $20 - $26
