About the Role As a Personal Lines Risk Advisor, you will focus on building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. Using your expertise, you'll identify needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Consulting

Develop and execute a Personal Excellence Plan.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, clients, and referral sources.
Deliver sales presentations, prepare proposals, and bind coverage.
Offer risk management advice and cross-sell agency services.
Meet and exceed sales goals with innovative prospecting strategies.

Service & Retention

Manage renewals and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

Collaborate with the team to design comprehensive insurance plans.

Resolve client issues, document activities, and ensure coverage adequacy.

Professional Development

Continuously improve technical and sales skills.

Participate in sales meetings, community events, and professional associations.

Engage with non-profits and represent the company in the community.

Qualifications

California Property & Casualty License (required).

3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Risk Advisor (preferred).

Proven track record in meeting sales objectives.

Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Skills & Abilities

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proactive, dependable, and client-focused.

Ability to manage a demanding workload and meet deadlines.

Compensation First-year salary typically ranges from $80,000-$110,000 based on experience and a transferrable book of business. Annual commissions and bonuses are uncapped and performance-driven.
